IshtopAI ("we", "the service") is an AI-powered job search assistant. This policy explains how your personal data is collected, used and protected. By using the service you agree to these terms.
1. What data we collect
- Sign-up: email and password (the password is stored encrypted), or when signing in with Telegram — your Telegram name, user ID and profile photo.
- Profile: language, gender and age (used to show jobs that fit you).
- Chats: the messages and search queries you write — to answer you and improve the service.
- Technical data: session (cookie), IP address — for security and operation.
2. How we use the data
- Finding job openings that fit you;
- Remembering conversation context for natural dialogue;
- Improving service quality and fixing issues;
- Keeping your account secure.
3. Artificial intelligence (AI)
Your chat messages are processed through a trusted external AI provider to generate a reply. This data is used only to answer you and is never sold for advertising.
4. Data sharing
- We do not sell your personal data.
- Others can see a chat only if you created a link yourself with the "Share" button. Otherwise your chats are private.
- Job listings come from a public source (a Telegram channel).
5. Data security
Data is stored on protected servers. Passwords are encrypted, sessions are handled through secure cookies, and every user sees only their own data. We apply modern security measures.
6. Your rights
- You can delete your chats at any time;
- You can delete your account yourself — in the app Profile → Delete account, or at ishtopai.uz/hisobni-ochirish. Everything is removed (profile, applications, chats, CV file);
- In "Temporary chat" mode nothing is saved at all.
7. Children
The service is intended for users over 16 years old.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. We will announce important changes through the service.
